From London: Trains generally leave London Victoria for our local station,
Swanley, every 30 minutes at '11 and '41 minutes past each hour (destinations usually Dover
or Faversham). The journey takes around 35 minutes. If you telephone from Victoria advising
us which train you intend to take, our driver can meet you at Swanley when you arrive. Trains
usually leave London Victoria from platforms 5 or 6 and telephones are located on most platforms
in addition to the main set of telephones between platform 7 and the bookshop W.H. Smiths.
Swanley has a frequent train service with waiting rooms, a manned ticket office, shop, taxis
and telephones. |

Eurostar: Ebbsfleet International Station is 20 minutes from Charton Manor by car and we
gladly provide a driver to meet you when you arrive. Ebbsfleet International is 1 hour 40
minutes from Brussels and 2 hours 5 minutes from Paris. [This station opened in November 2007] |

London Gatwick is our nearest airport by car (45 minutes), then London City (45 minutes),
London Stansted (75 minutes) and then London Heathrow (75 minutes).

London Gatwick: There are fast non-stop services from Gatwick Airport’s
train station next to the South Terminal to London Victoria station, from where there are trains to
our local station, Swanley (see Trains ‘From London’ above). The total journey takes
about 1 hour 45 minutes. Alternatively, you could take a Taxi from Gatwick Airport direct to Charton
Manor. The taxi journey takes about 45 minutes (Farningham is 3 minutes from junction 3 of the M25).
Taxis booked in advance are generally cheaper than airport taxis. |

London Heathrow: Buy a One Day Travelcard ticket for your journey to Swanley.
Take the London Underground (subway) to Hammersmith, then from the same platform take any District
train to London Victoria Train Station, from where there are trains to our local station, Swanley
(see Trains ‘From London’ above). The total train journey takes around 1 hour 40 minutes.
Alternatively, you could take a Taxi from Heathrow Airport direct to Charton Manor. The taxi journey
takes about 75 minutes (Farningham is 3 minutes from junction 3 of the M25). Taxis booked in advance
are generally cheaper than airport taxis.
